Trade policy for those affected by the ash cloud
We have improved our trade policy extending the deadline for re-accommodation of passengers allowing changes to the June 05, 2010 at no additional cost, so we offer the following possibilities:

-Placement in another Spanair flight as soon as available to fly until 05 June.
-Possibility of refund if desired, extending the deadline until 15 days after cancellation.

We ask that wherever possible, this change of flight date once the situation has normalized. We request your understanding for our quality of service given the high level of demand for information that we are managing.
